Natal chart

A natal chart is a map of the sky at the moment of birth. It describes psychological structure, life themes, and the ways a person interacts with the world.

How to read it

A natal chart is read in layers. Start with the whole pattern: elements, modalities, planet distribution, house emphasis, and whether the chart is more private or public in orientation. Then read personal planets, angles, house rulers, and aspects. Only after that should individual placements be woven into one story.

The chart does not force a person into one script. It shows stable themes, talents, tensions, and response patterns. Forecasting is always read from the natal base: a transit matters because it activates something already present in the chart.

Common mistake

The main mistake is to take one placement and make it explain the whole person. Moon in Scorpio or Sun in Virgo does not describe an entire life by itself. You need house placement, aspects, rulers, and repeating motifs.

A good chart reading answers not "which label am I?" but "which themes repeat in me, and how can I work with them more consciously?"
