Transits are the current movement of planets in relation to the natal chart. They show which themes are being activated now.

How to read them in a chart

Transits are useful only inside the whole chart. In astrology, everything is read through connections: the current sky is read against the natal base, not as a separate prediction machine.

When you meet this term in a reading, ask three questions: which natal point is being activated, which planet is doing the activating, and what real life theme is asking for attention.

Common mistake

A beginner mistake is to treat a transit as a guaranteed event. A transit more often shows pressure, timing, and activation. How it becomes lived depends on the natal chart and real choices.
